Guidelines for Abstract Submission

We invite submissions for the international conference, welcoming research papers from faculty members, research scholars, and students. 

• The abstract should be specifically between 200–250 words and should be written as a single, continuous paragraph in Times New Roman, Size 12. 

• Submissions should clearly state the research background, including the problem and theoretical context, followed by the objectives outlining the purpose of the study. 

• A brief description of the methodology, including research design and data analysis, must be included, along with a summary of findings and conclusions highlighting key results and their implications. 

• Authors are requested to provide full details, including name, designation, institutional affiliation, email ID, and phone number, followed by 3 to 5 relevant keywords at the end of the text. 

• The closing date for abstract submission is 31 August 2026. 

• All abstracts will undergo a double-blind peer review for conference acceptance.

• Note: The abstract submission deadline for international delegates has been extended to 15 September 2026.

General Information

• ICSD Asia Pacific invites original and unpublished research papers aligned with the conference theme and sub-themes.

• The deadline for full paper submission is 15 October 2026.

• All submissions must be in English.

• Authors must ensure consistency of names and affiliations and Orcid ID (if available).

Manuscript Preparation

• Paper title should be concise and in Title Case.

• Abstract must not exceed 250 words.

• Include 3-4 keywords.

• Maximum length: 4500-6000 words including references.

• Use Times New Roman, 12 pt font, 1.5 line spacing, and 1-inch margins.

• Author Details

• Abstract and Keywords

• Introduction, Literature Review, Theoretical Framework, Methodology, Results / Findings, Discussion, Implications, Limitations, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if any), and References (APA 7th Edition).

• Number all pages in the document

• Submit manuscript in Microsoft Word Document

• Save your full paper with the reference number given with an underscore and your first name. For Example, if your reference number is ICSD01 and Name is Sam George. The file name can be ICSD01_Sam.

Tables and Figures

• Tables must be editable and properly numbered.

• Figures should be high resolution (minimum 500 DPI) and captioned.

• All tables and figures must be cited in the text.

Ethical and Academic Standards

• Papers must maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism.

• Proper citation and referencing are mandatory.

• Conflict of interest statements must be included.
